After making an online purchase from us if you are not completely satisfies with the items you received we would offer a full refund or exchange with 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Your items to qualify for a full refund they must me in their original sellable state and should be send back to us with all the accompanied certificates and in their original packaging.

Steps to follow for Retuning an item-

1) You should pack your items in their original packaging and include any accompanying certificates. Include a cover letter explaining the reason for the return, and your contact details so that we can quickly process your return/exchange request.

2)Take it package to the nearest post office and request for Insured Special Delivery accompanied with the tracking number.

3) Kindly send us an email informing us that you have returned the item so that our customer service team can confirm receipt once it reaches our office.
